Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Refunds
We want you to love what you wear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Email us to start a return and receive instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't entered production or shipped.
- Because every piece is hand screen-printed in small batches, production starts quickly.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but it may qualify for a return.
- To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible.
